Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to leave my PCP? Does Good Plans Pediatric Care take over all my primary care needs?

No, you do not have to leave your current pediatrician/primary care provider, as Good Plans Pediatric Care does not replace all primary care services. We are for the "in-between" when your PCP is not available, you are seeking faster response times, are looking for convenience, or are seeking assistance in specialty areas your current office may not offer.

We do not provide wellness checks (except for sports physicals), vaccinations, or chronic care management for chronic disease (such as diabetes, asthma action planning, ADHD diagnosis or medication management, etc.).

Good Plans Pediatric Care is not an emergency service. Anything that can't wait to be addressed or could be life threatening should be seen at an ER or urgent care.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at this time. We are cash based to allow for ease and transparent pricing. We are able to provide a superbill if needed for possible reimbursement. We also accept HSA/FSA

Where are you seeing patients?

For virtual visits, we can see any child in the state of Tennessee. For in home-visits, we are currently seeing patients within 15 miles of the Brentwood, TN zip code 37027. *convenience fees may apply if outside of this range. Reach out for more info.
